Facebook New Ad Changes

Over the course of the last several years Facebook has made changes to its UI (User Interface).  Some of these changes are good where some are/were bad but just like other social media platforms, as it grows so does the need for the UI and again Facebook is making another change.

This time around there are some major changes to Facebook Ads if you have a business page these are some of the changes that you want to pay attention to and how to make sure that you make changes accordingly.

So that means that the ways that the Facebook Advertising will change will be in the following.  Actually this graph will show you the best way this will be done.

So as you can see that any new campaign will start and it can be set to budgets and different ad sets.  These ad sets then can be targeted to different groups of your choosing and help you better target your market.  From there the ad can have different images, text, links or even video.  You still define create, targeting from there for each one of the ads.

“With the new campaign structure, you’ll begin by creating a campaign for each objective. Next, you can create ad sets representing the audiences you want to reach in each campaign.

Finally, you’d create ads for each ad set. You can create multiple ads within each ad set, making sure each ad is targeted to the same audience while delivering different images, links, and video or ad copy. This can help you learn which ads are resonating with each audience and, in turn, create better-optimized campaigns.”

So what does this mean for you? Well more control over how your ads will be displayed and how you can target them to future customers and clients.  Also the ability to have different types of ads for the same campaign and shown differently so it will be more engaging.
